 Reading Al-Quran in silent

Question: I've seen people "read" the Koran while his fingers move silently observe incoming in read.lips verse does not move at all. Is this way too calculated as reading the Quran?

Answer: No. Reading must be intentional to move lips and even slower to voice announces itself only just the ones that can be heard.   Prophet s.a.w. intentioned said: "Read the Qur'an because it will be intercessor for its readers in the hereafter." (Narrated by Muslim)

 Maksud Nabi s.a.w. dalam hadis ini dijelaskan oleh hadis lain yg bermaksud: “Sesiapa yg membaca satu huruf al-Quran, maka baginya pahala satu kebaikan. Dan setiap kebaikan itu dilipat gandakan pula kepada sepuluh sepertinya.” (Riwayat al-Tirmizi) Tegasnya di sini, seseorang itu tidak dianggap membaca al-Quran melainkan apabila dia melafazkan bacaannya hingga kedengaran oleh telinganya.
